InstantIT attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, InstantIT does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Prices and products are subject to change at any time without notice.

Order Payment & Shipment Terms
An order is not binding upon InstantIT until it is processed. InstantIT must receive payment before it will process an order. Payment for product(s) ordered is due prior to shipment. We reserve the right to cancel orders at any time.

InstantIT or its agent will deliver the goods you order to the address you specify in your order, within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability. Where the goods are not available you will be notified of this by InstantIT as soon as possible. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods will be presumed by InstantIT to be authorized to receive the goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address or no-one of appropriate age to receive and pay for the order, InstantIT may charge you additional delivery fees. Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
INSTANTIT SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS. INSTANTIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THIRD PARTY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AGAINST THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR MALFUNCTION, DELAYS, INTERRUPTION OF SERVICE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OR DAMAGE TO EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER OR NOT INSTANTIT HAS BEEN MADE AWARE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH CLAIMS OR DAMAGES.
