Ted Shore has over 30 years experience in IT Sales in Australia, Asia & North America. Ted can assist with all customer queries, having dealt with all size businesses in a wide range of industries.
Ted is renowned for his ability to track down the best prices fast and ensure client’s needs are clearly specified and met. Ted is an icon of InstantIT.
Andrew Crawford-Flett started with InstantIT in May 2006 bringing him national account management experience from a large corporate IT reseller and systems integration company. Prior to that he specialised in web solutions for business from front end design to back end eCommerce database functionality and has put more than 300 businesses on the Internet.
Andrew moved into the IT Hardware and Software market initially as a sales administrator. Andrew has a strong grasp of client needs from concept to conclusion with fine attention to detail. His product knowledge, wholesale contracts,& fast ability to source hard to find items in addition to his knowledge of software licensing makes him an invaluable resource for InstantIT customers.
Damian Thiele has almost 20 years experience in IT, first as a software support engineer to accounting and later as a Novell Netware Engineer. Damian is responsible for managing large corporate accounts throughout QLD and his understanding in networking ensures customers receive practical and up to date advice. Over 13 years dealing with Tier 1 vendors has provided Damian with long term relationships that ensure corporate customers are always provided with the best available deals. His ability to think strategically and understand the customer’s requirements add real value for our corporate clients
Robert Tyler works with Ted in assisting customers whose transactions may have became complicated. Robert will unravel problems with warranty, freight or anything else that arises. He is unflappable and will ensure you hang up the phone happy.
